Considering that all versions of the 4.3L use the vortec cylinder head design. I assume you are talking about a using a fuel pump from a CPI engined vehicle in a TBI engined vehicle.
No. Totally different application and pressures involved. The CPI motor requires 55-60psi while the TBI motor requires only 8-10psi.
