Windshield wipers weren't working....checked fuse checked relay all good so last resort bought a new motor. Well put the new one on wipers moved from the up to the down position and that's all she wrote! Soooo very fustrated. Can someone help a damsel in distress? Lol

mine did something like this,and it was a ground issue. Run a wire off of one of the mounting bolts to a ground bolt on the firewall. see if that fixes it.

 

+1. sounds like you are having a voltage/ground issue at the wipers.
