Default Heater/AC Not Working

My heater works fine, but the AC doesnt and to top it off, only the vents hitting the windshield and the ones blowing to the feet work.
ive got no clue where to even begin. ive searched thru google but nothing yet.
hoping somebody would know what to do.
ive read somewhere before that maybe a vacuum line isnt plugged in, but ive got no clue where to even look.

im hoping somebody can either explain in detail. or have some kind of pictures to show me.

sorry for bein such a noob at this but i figure ive gotta learn somehow.

Thanks

Heater position is controlled by vacuum pressure supplied by the engine. You likely have a broken vacuum line under the hood that is causing the problem with the HVAC position selection as you have surmised. To help further, the you will have to let us in on the secret of what it is that you are driving...

The AC likely is a low charge due to a leak, but could be several other things. There are a few good articles in the Tech Article section about AC repair that you could read to see if you want to try to tackle the repair yourself.
