I'm doing the bravada axle shaft swap on my blazer. At the local pull a part I got the cv shaft out and axle tube. But for the life of me cannot get the axle shaft it's self out. I read where you smack it to pop the clip loose. I did that but nothing. Any ideas. Wanting to go back tomorrow to get it out.

 

Block of wood and a BFG. Being as it may has sat in the yard for quite awhile, don't hold back, but do use the block of wood.
