hello everyone well i just got my blazer running by putting plugs wires and a cap and rotor in it and i took it out in the woods to see if it ran fine befor i took it to a main road and i got moving pretty good and the relized my brakes werent the best and a sharp turn came up fast so i down shifted it and it reved kinda high and the check engine light came on and it stalled well i cant tell how high it reved seeing as my digital gauges dont work but i can say its got gas and its got realy good spark btu it just dont even try to fire since the tune up it fired right up with little hesitation so i have no clue y it wont start and it has some wiring issues like i turn my wipers on and thewasher spray starts coming out idk if that would have anything to do with this but any help would be apreciated and also part of my dash does work the is a red and yellow square in the bottom right corner of the dash thats on i think its the red line for the tack but its always been on even when it didnt start?

 

Granted... I am just Guessing at this point... but I am thinking timing chain....

you more than likely slammed a few valves into your pistons if you did in fact over rev it.
