has the TPS been calibrated? some have to be to function properly. google to find answers.

definatly check your fuel pressure first, let us know what the pressure is and we can go from there

Is it possible that the knock sensor has failed and is retarding your timing to eliminate the "knock" to the point that the truck wont run?

Typically, from I've seen suggested, most electrical components fail more readily at operating temp. I've it suggested many times that the component in question should be loaded and tested several times to recreate operating temp during normal operation. Now i'm not sure if a knock sensor is "testable" but I DO know the ignition module is.

im gunna test the fuel pressure i know it should be between 55 and 61 should it stay the same when the truck is running
