update: it wasnt the relay it was the ground from the fuel pump now it runs great.... now i hear what must be the fuel pump when im driving its apretty loud whining noise also for some odd reason the turn signals wont work they light up but dont blink anyone have any ideas? oh andthe fuses are good by the way
I dont get it, you mean the arrowslight up on the dash but on the outside of the car they arent flashing? usually means you need new bulbs. Go the library and get a Chiltons/Hanes/watever, and look at the wiring diagrams to make sure anything you did on the fuel pump couldnt have messed with the turn signals (which i dont think it can)
i fixed the turn signal issue when i put the bulbs in i didnt turn them to lock them in and they came loose...lol
everything has been running awesome since tonight i came to a stop sign and the truck stalled, i turned the key to the on postion and didnt hear the fuel pump after 10 or so minutes i tried again and it came on and it started right up then 30 seconds later it died again i had to have it towed to my house...
i have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter last week but it ended up being the ground wire to the fuel pump i didnt do the work on it i had a friend of my dads do it so i dont know where the fuel pump ground is located the guy is hard to get in touch with to come look at it so i want to see if i can fix it myself...
