Idle problems 89 4.3. 4x4

Idle problems 89 4.3. 4x4
i have to keep my foot on the brake pedal for the 4.3 to idle,
traced all vacuum lines, they are good.
checked 4x4 actuator lines, all Good.
MAP sensor bench checked OK.
new TPS, EGR, Oxy Sensor.
any input ????
Desperate .
