Slide hammer?

Kidding.

You will have to pull the wheel, the lock plate and the turn signal switch to get to the screw that holds it in.

Sure is. You don't need the key to remove it.

you need a steering wheel puller. rent one from autozone. pull the wheel. take the plastic piece off the top. it just snaps off. then make yourself a lockplate compressor with some steel and use the nut to compress. or get another person to push down with thumbs as you remove the lock washer thing lol. take the turnsignal switch out then theres a screw that holds the key switch in place. then pull it out
