how can i fix mt interior dome lights? they wont turn off, i have to pull the bulb to turn them off. could it be just a bad switch or does my problem lie in the wiring. both the rear and center dome lights act like this.

We are seeing a lot of topics like this lately. I detailed a fairly complete list of things to check in another post. I'll try to dig it up for you...

Here ya go:

Dome lights/keyless remote/alarm/auto headlights

*EDIT* - Oh and don't you have the dome override button on the headlight switch...?

I have the same problem but I can't take the bulbs out, there is no override switch for the dome, plus there are reading lamps and footlights. But the hatch light in the back has an override switch.

all the other lights are fine except for a small dash bulb that seems to be an ashtray light. it only stays when the truck is on thankfully. that makes sense about the door switches, hopefully thats alll it is and not the wires.
