Hey guys, I found a set of used long-tube 4.3 headers on craigslist that were used on an 88 S10 with the non-Vortec 4.3. My truck is a 94 Jimmy with the Vortec 4.3. The owner told me that he wasn't sure if they'd fit the Vortec engine... do you guys know if they'd work out for me?

I can tell you that the physical mounting dimensions are the same from the VORTEC to NON-Vortec heads for the exhaust.

As for actual fit for chassis clearance, not sure. That would depend on who manufactered them and what design they used.
