loud clunk noise

loud clunk noise

i have a 1994 s10/blazer automatic and my problem is when im in 4H it makes a clunking noise on the front drivers side but dosent do that when im in 2H it also feels like i have no power either any help please

Does it happen when you're turning a specific direction? Could be low transfer case fluid level. Or (ugh) bad transfer case.
