I have a front diff that I pulled out of the junkyard for my '84 Blazer 4x4. When I split the outer-axle from the main section of the JY diff, a part fell out that looks extremely worn. I'd like to replace it, as well as anything else that is a common wear item, before putting the diff in my vehicle. Can someone tell me what this part is called, and what the best way would be for me to purchase a replacement item like this? Here is a picture of it, I think it is a thrust washer of some sort and it looks like something was pushing hard on it for a long time and caused it to wear through the outer plating into the brass underneath.
