Took the upper plenum off. Yep, gas everywhere. Turned the key on thinking i would see the leak...nothing. No fuel coming from the regulator, and none dripping from the new nut kit. Pinched the return line to test that line, no gas. This explains the rough idle.
Where did the gas come from? Help please.

i know your problem, the lower intake is too clean!
But seriously, make sure the poppets are seated good. Every time i've opened mine up there is always some sort of fluid in there (gas or oil IDK), thought it was normal. Is it clean because you cleaned it?

How do I check the poppits? I cleaned it, but the gas turned it a nice yellow tint.

Got my new spider in the mail and installed. Different story this time. Hooked up fuel pressure gauge, vented it off and pressed it up. This time it held pressure a lot better. Gonna put it back together and cross my fingers.
