I have a 94 Chevy Blazer 4.3 vortex I've been having problems with it doing a like puttering thing like it's not getting enough gas to it.. I've changed out alot of things and still don't know.. I have a video of it but it won't let me post it..

 

Can you be a bit more specific? Is it that the engine revs fine but the truck hardly moves? Or is it that the motor barely runs? Any codes? Any other symptoms? E.g. funny smells out of the tailpipe? Oil look ok and not smell like gasoline or coolant? Have you double checked that there are no vacuum leaks?
