Exclamation in need of help 1984 s-10

runs great till u put it in gear then when u give it gas harsh back fire ? timing checked idle is good my main thing is the truck has sat for 1 year i see oil along the passanger side ? looks like oil-coolant leaking from intake kinda scared to take it apart also noticed after replacing thermostat i have heat but no pressure when hot removed caps i see steam ? i think the water pump is gone just looking for someone near by to help assist in the repairs i hurt myself and kinda cant bend my back thats what happens when u own a ford that blows a driveshaft and u have to climb under it to fix it.

i did the plugs i think it may just be the leak from the intake theres no pressure from the coolant cap so i know there is a leak havent really tinkered with it yet at this time do to me not having the truck cause i'm fixing my brothers truck so i can get round untill i get it back home..but i'm also in the process of looking for a motor or block for my 98 gmc jimmy v6 4.3l vin w engine i have my heads which are good just blew the bottom end which i was told need a new block
