Default What motor do i have?

I have been given a 1985 blazer by my father in-law and the Blazer is in prety good shape. The only problem i have is that it needs some TLC under the hood before I can spend money on tire, lifts, etc. I asked him what kind of motor it had in it and all he told me that it was a 3.4L V6 that had come out of a pontaic from the early 1990's. I need some help determining what engine that might be so i can order the correct replacement parts. I am not a mechanic but can read and folloe instructions so I am able to do alot of work my self, but this has got me at a stand still. I really need to get this figured out so i can begin to build my Blue Blaze roar again.

I would guess the L32 engine from a Firebird.
GM 60-Degree V6 engine
