not enough power to the fuel pump

Default not enough power to the fuel pump

i checked the wiring going to the fuel pump with a tester. and the light was dimm. so i called a local auto parts store. the told me relay.bought one wasnt relay. is there a way to run a direct hot wire to the pump.i also cut the ground wire and connected it back together. the pump was working b4 i put it in the tank. need some insight

Please do not double post... You already have a thread open on this topic, asked the same question, and have recieved some feedback on your problem. Lets keep it all in one thread.
