Odometer hit 500,000 Miles
On my 89 S15 2wd 4.3 Jimmy the odometer hit the 500.000 mile mark the other day. I am the original owner and this is still my daily driver.
Not the original engine or transmission but body, interior, springs, rear axle are all original.

Congrats! Not too many folks hang onto a vehicle these days. They always want the latest model and must enjoy having a monthly car payment. I've owned mine since new in Oct 2000 but I'm lagging way behind you one the mileage!

Well done!
I'm only at 135k miles on original engine but rebuilt trans. (I totally abused the transmission.) After looking at possible replacements, even at 100k miles and 10 y.o. I realized I am well ahead if I take care of my Blazer.

OEM front mounted rear torsion bar, Hood Strut kit, Sanden AC Compressor(R134) conversion, 1989 3 piece to 91-94 one piece front grill (Needed new radiator support), Adjustable TBI regulator, In line fuel pressure gage. HID Headlight conversion mounted in Hella DOT H4 Rectangular Headlights.
