oil filter hoses leaking

hope and a prayer!
i need to know where the hoses go back into the engine and rad!
please help! vacation depends on it!
from the outlet/inlet on the remote oil filter housing, where to the rad? and where to the block? on the block, there are 2 lines, left and right or front and rear of vehicle will do for descriptor!

Hoses connect to the oil filter adapter it is towards the front of the vehicle higher than the oil pan if you are under the car. I don't have an oil cooler in the front rad, so I can't point you in the direction of where they connect.
After replacing my lines, the leaking almost stopped. I get a few drops per night now coming from the oil filter adapter. I wish I would have just replaced those o-rings and gaskets at that time. I get to wrestle with that crap at the next oil change now to replace.
