paint code?

Default paint code?

alright so i have a 92 s10 blazer that needs some body wor and i was wondering which code inside of the glove box is the paint code?

grr i cant rem how far down it is. my uncle has a body shop and i'll find out which one it is tomorrow for u

Default RE: paint code?

The paint code should be down at the bottom of the RPO code list. Something like 93U 83L (U==upper, L==lower if two tone).

Unless it is black, you might want to have it blended to match the paint on your truck... Paint codes are a great place to start, but due to the age of the vehicle and the color, you may not get a good match.

yes i talked to my uncle and its the ##U code that u want for paint.

swartlkk makes a very good point about blending. THere could be about 4 or so different reds but you need the correct code.

You can TRY www.paintscratch.com and see if its listed there for ya.Im not sure about the paint being good, but they have pretty good and decently accurate listing for codes for the years. You can probably find your code there

yup just looked now and at the bottom it says 72u so thats prolley it thanks
