Default Part number for 92 CPI ECM

I have been trying to find the correct ECM for my truck, however, the one in my possession is a mystery number, 161844128. Anybody know what the actual number is? Any help is appreciated

Have you tried finding the part number through one of the online GM parts dealers? I've found that they will list the parts that supersede the originals and then I can use those part numbers in my search.

I have, however nothing has come up for my specific truck. It's a 1992 Chevrolet S10 Blazer $x4 Tahoe with the W vin code
