Default Plastic molding help !

Me and my wife bought a 85 S10 blazer sport, and the plastic molding on the inside of the doors and all in the back arround the windows and all looks a little deteriated,...Is there anything i can clean it with that would help make it look better?? Also where is a good place to get seat covers at a reasonable price because me and wife are both disabled and on a fixed income...Thanks Roy & Mary

Default RE: Plastic molding help !

Sorry to say it, but oxidized plastic is seldom a quick fix. My advice would be to sand it all down and spray paint over it. Make sure that you clean the surface really well before painting and use a paint that has the proper flex additive in it for the plastic parts you are going to refinish.
