3. 3.
And now.. I wait.
This engine has taken a beating, for sure!
I also changed the oil, afterward. Drained it 10-30 minutes after shutting off car. left it out for an hour or two.

Well, it looks like I am going to need a new engine. The smoke is back all over the road, and the cooling expansion tank pressurizes after driving it a bit (bubbling/rumbling.) So, the engine is pressurizing the cooling system, past the gaskets and possibly head, into the cooling system and radiator, into the tank. And the antifreeze in there looked like mouthwash.
Maybe an "exhaust to coolant" blowing of the head gasket/head/block. Or something.
So... looking about 90% like I need a new engine, or head and/or gasket............ because maybe, even though "cast" heads and block, they could also have maybe WARPED...

So... do I need a new engine, or will this one be OK with some new remanufactured heads, and some gaskets (including head gasket?)

Testing auto video embeds...
^^ Great.
Oh.. and I got the following advice on how to proceed with it: "Suck out any water you can with a shop vac, pull the plugs out and blow out any water that could have gotten into the cylinders and runners, replace the spider, get it running, run it for a minute and change the oil."

You already have a recent post discussing your issues, please do not dredge up a ~2 year old post regardless of whether it is yours or not.
