ok have a 1990 blazer s10 2 dr redid the brakes and lines all around (restoring the old betty) not leaks but air still coming out so i was reading and some one said to look at my porportion valve

so i took the rubber stops off and notice there are no pins in the nipples does this mean i have to change the thing
