Default real quick question?

i have been working on my 92blazer since i purchased it two or so yrs ago. i have slowly rebuilding/changing the external components of the engine while keeping the inside as clean as can be(seafoam, oil changes, etc). i have also done susp, brakes, tranny, electrical, emissions, fuel, etc. basically i have this truck running 95%. but there always existed a rough sound to the engine even though i would have the power to blowpeople off the line and past rigs on the left. anyway i am really sastisfied but was wondering why on a cold rainy day does my truck run like it is brand new off the lot. i mean i cant even hear the engine without getting out of the truck and going to the front. plus acceleration is even better. go figure i thought moisture in the engine is bad! and its not just the cold air, it has to be raining for this to happen. any ideas????????[&:]

Default RE: real quick question?

have you checked all the igintion componets and vacuum lines? I know 4.3's are high internal condensation motors( just remove the oil cap and see) but they usually run worse in the damp air then dry air.
