Im going to order some 4 gauge wire to do the big 3 mod..Problem is my brother is using my blazer all week so i cant measure the distance from the alternator bolt(where the wire connects) to the battery terminal (top post)..


If you have a 4.3 tbi with the alternator on the drivers side...Can you measure the distance for me? Id greatly appreciate it!

 

It's about 2.5 feet. I went a little longer route around the back of the engine, but 2.5 feet - 3 feet would work just fine.

Edit: I thought you said cpi, not tbi. Haha, oops.

 

its ok. its about 3 1/2 feet. I managed to get a look at it today.
