Just picked up an 88 s10 blazer as the new winter ride. Today I popped the rear glass but now the tailgate won't go down. Any help would be appreciated. Might need this feature sometime this winter while the summer car sleeps!

 

hey man your latch is probably broken from the inside remove the plastic trim against the tailagte from there you can remove the rest of the cover on the tailgate and pop the latch with a screwdriver so you can replce the latch
