tapping noise from the exhaust manifold

ive noticed that at SOME times while i am driving or parked, that there is a tapping noise from possibly a loose bolt on the manifold.

only problem is that i cant seem to see which bolt is loose

help?

Sometimes you can feel the pulse of exhaust gas if you hold your hand close to the manifold bolts (one at a time), just don't touch anything, of course.
