hello I have a 98 chevy blazer, and lately I've been hearing a tapping noise it sounds like its coming from under the truck but can't be sure. I had some work done on the truck about a month ago, andone of the things they did waschange the oil they used 5w30. does anyone have any ideas whatits coming from or what to check. thanks.also the oil pressure is good.

 

Can you tell if it's coming from under the engine, transmission, or exhaust? That might help in ruling out areas. Some engines make a little more noticeable tick with 5W30 oil as opposed to 10W30, if that's what you were using before.
