is it time to drop the tank?

TBI........where do I check the fuel press?........I am stumped though...cause I sprayed stsrter fluid in the TB and nothing?????

On a TBI motor, you have to put a 'T' adapter in the main fuel line (the larger of the two lines) to then be able to read the pressure.
Is there any fuel being sprayed out of the injectors when you crank it over?

were do you check for that(injectors) and btw is there a place in the motor compartment where i can crank the motor since I am doing this by myself?

Remove the whole air cleaner assembly and watch the injectors while the engine is cranking over. There should be visible fuel flow in a nice uniform spray pattern. No droplets. If there are droplets and/or it is running out of the injectors, then it is flooding the engine.
As far as trying to start the engine from under the hood, I have a little push button that I used to use on older vehicles to wire up to the solenoid on the starter. Haven't used it in a very long time though.

I am sorry I was looking at the book and I have a cpi......disconected the fuel filter.....clicked the ignition and plenty of fuel came out....cause the fact that I sprayed starter fluid in the intake and nothing I am starting to think ignition..o btw I checked the codes no codes

CPI didn't come in until '92 which is well after the last 2.8L found it's way into the s-series blazer.
As I said earlier, you either have an overly rich condition or an ignition problem. I'm just trying to step you through the process of elimination.
