Thanks for all the info but I have one more for you. Can I run 33's with 5 inches of lift on a 93 4 door s10 blazer and also want to run a 15" wheel do I need to buy an offset wheel?

 

you can run 33's with 5"s of lift however you are going to have to still trim the fenders some to make them fit at full flex. and a 15" wheel is stock so you shouldn't have a problem there. as for offset/backspacing the stock wheel is a 6" backspacing but you can get a wheel with 4-4.5" backspacing with minimal trimming.
