Help.Switched out 92 Transfer case on my 94(full size K1500).Sensor is 3pin on the 94,only 2pin on the 92 and the thread lengths are different.Can't find a 3pin with short threads to make this work.Anyone know a solution?

 

If the sensor is identical besides the threads and the connector, you might be able to tap the threads to match the sensor, but something tells me if the threads and plug are different, there might be something different with sensor as well. Plus you would have to figure out a way to not get metal shavings in the case, or take the case apart.
