Hey Guys, Ive got a 94 S10 Blazer 4x4 and it has a 4L60E trans in it. How do you remove the dipstick tube without dropping the transmission. The reason for me wanting to remove it the seal has gone bad on it and i need to change it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

Should be a tab on the tube, and it is most likely bolted to one of the transmission bolts. Then it should just pull up and out.

make sure you got a pan under there too. its gonna lose a bit of fluid
