Hey guys i have a 94 s10 blazer here with a ongoing problem bad mpg from 18+ to 14 cant pass emissions with new cat and injectors and fuel pump o2 most sensors have been replaced but now days that don't mean ****, new everything really except computer and some sensors . i have many data logs on my vehicle for about 2 years and finally got to compare some to a more refurbished motor with good emissions and mpg .
First i noticed my knock retard is 24 to 25.8 all the time from start up !? thats the only real issue i can find. my question is what controls knock retard directly and what would cause this issue my mechanic keeps telling my computer is F up. can any tuner guys take a peak at my logs and give me some help i think the computer is fine maybe slow but its just not get good readings from sensors . i removed connectors from knock sensors one at a time with motor on, no change in running or knock reading or knock retard also with both off simultaneously . i have tunerpro v5.0

now all of a sudden im getting code 42 ignition error, just popped up today not in logs from yesterday, and it throws 42 immediately after resetting ecm
