Tuning My Own ECU
I have had alot of time on my hands lately and i have been trying to find effective but cheap ways to kind of make my blazer have alittle more power. and i have came across multiple threads stating Tune your ECU. I have alittle experience doing this on honda civics and i was wondering if i could do the same on my blazer? Does anyone know if i could do it and if i can what program would i use to do the tuning?

It is actually quite easy. Have a look at thirdgen.org or run a search for GM TBI tuning.
I have been looking into it or tuning my 1990 5.7L TBI motor I will be dropping into my K5.

can you tune the ecu on the cpi

Well now that depends on what year of CPI motor you have. So long as you have a true OBD1 CPI vehicle and not one of the tweener 95's with an OBD1.5 setups, you should be able to do your own programming with utilities that are currently available.
