Vacuum Hose Help
Long time lurker on the forums, but this is my first post.
I've had my 89 s10 with a 4.3L in storage for about 18 months. I am finally starting to work on it some and in the process of replacing a few parts I noticed this vacuum hose connection (photo attached) is not hooked up to anything. I have 5 lines hooked up to the TBI, and I don't think this would reach it anyway. It is off a T coming from a sensor on the engine block, and one of the other lines goes back to the ball. Can anyone tell me what this should hook up to? I've been crawling around under the hood for too long and can't find a hook up point.
Also, any tips for a temporary / quick repair on bad looking (cracking) vacuum lines, does electrical tape work?
Thanks in advance.

yep thats for ac stuff.
for the repairing lines thing. Most of em are the same size. and its like 85 cents a foot at the auto store. Just pick up about 5ft,and spend a lil time and replace em one at a time.
