Hi,

When i am driving for some time certain places in on the floor of my '93 T-10 get really hot.

One of these places is near the front seat, on the sides (middle storage side and door side)
At one place i even think i see semi-scorched spots on the floor rug (front door side)
I have looked below my truck but don't see the exhaust run past it, however there are some plates mounted below the transmission probably for off-road protection.

Can anyone tell me if that is harmful for the vehicle or just something that occurs?
