First, anyone know where to get new ones?

And how do I replace them. I'm an engine guy, body work isn't my strong suit.

If your talking about the piece I think (part is called a window guide) you can get them in the help aisle at autozone or advance they just snap on then just pop the window back into the track

Go to an auto glass repair place if you can't find the clips anywhere else. I'm pretty sure the clips are a standard size for all GM vehicles for this era, if your auto glass repair place doesn't sell them or carry them for the public I would then recomend going to the dealer or an auto salvage. Good luck.
