Yep, I have no clue what those little metal clips are called that hold down the rear window switch, however I managed to break one, because I had to take the door back off again and am slightly 'tarded, did it wrong, and snapped one of them clips in half.

So, I can't find one, partially due to the fact that I don't know what it's called. But, I found these, will they work?
