Windshield wipers
Hi,
I have a 90 s-10 Blazer.
My windshield wipers won't turn off, this just started the other day any suggestions on what might be causing this?
Thanks,
Frank

RE: Windshield wipers
hey do they turn off if you cut the engine? my parents had a ford van that had a similar sounding problem, if you used wiper fluid you had to cut the engine. turned out that the electronic switch that turns on when your turn the thingie (for lack of the proper term [:@]) was messed up and had to be replaced. it was pretty expensive too. hope that your fix isnt.

My 92 did the same thing for a few minutes till I removed the cover and shot some WD-40 on the circuit board and it went back to normal.

RE: Windshield wipers
Yea they turn off when I cut the engine. I will have to try what DetroitMuscle said,or it might even be something in the lever.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Make sure the keys off when you shoot in the wd-40, could make a neat fireworks display under your hood
