Can't seem to get the floor consule shifter to shift into neutral with key on and brake pushed in, motor not running. Having problems with fuel pump, I think. Can hear relay under dash by steering wheel clicking when shift button is pushed but can't move shifter. The truck will start normal one day and then won't start the next. Ran it for about 10 miles and let it idle for about twenty minutes. Went down the block and it stalled. Had to drop driveshaft to get truck home. Can't believe a fuel pump/sender is about 370 bucks aftermarket, can't imagine what a GM one will run! Thanks Gordie

About the same, and the AC Delco will generally be better quality then any other source.

You might not be able to shift it, depends on the load on the parking prawl. Might have to rock the truck some to get her to shift out of park.

Look at the wiring diagram and found the pump bypass wire that feeds 12 volts to pump. With 12 volts to the bypass wire the pump will come ever time I touch 12 volts to it an is reading 60 psig to the test schrader. I think it is now in the shift problem, not letting it start. We tryed rocking it and it was on level pavement. With the key on and the brake on , motor not running, it will not shift to neutral. You can hear a relay under the dash clicking when the shift button is pushed. Help!!!!!!!! Thanks Gordie
