Default 99 Blazer 4.3L LS Leaking everywhere...

Just got the 1999 4.3L V6 Blazer LS back from the stealership. Had an alignment and tire rotation. It needs brakes, and I have no issue with that. Where the issues begin is all the leaks/"seepage" it has. I went to the dealership and they told me "ENGINE OIL PAN DAMP/VALVE COVERS SEEP, FRONT CRANK SEAL LEAKING, TRANS PAN GASKET SEEPAGE"

The leaks aren't horrible but cause a drip sometimes on my garage floor.

1. Which of these leaks is more important to fix first

2. What kind of cost am I looking at?

3. Can I do any of them myself? - Slight to moderate skill w/ haynes manual

With it's age, should I just keep an eye on the fluids and say F it and drive it till the wheels fall off? My theory on the other hand is that if this thing costs me less than $400 a month repairing, it's cheaper than a new Equinox or Traverse.

p.s. - Do brake pads usually get into the rotors at about 2.5 years? roughly 30,000 miles

You never mentioned mileage on this engine, but all these sealing problems are common in 150K + 4.3's. If you want to run it to its full potential of 300K,then have the oil leaks repairedil pan & front crank seal involves lifting the engine out of its mounts. At this time you will also want to check the timing chain since you will have it visible,I believe you must also use a new timing chain cover as well. VCG's are easy. Do not use synthetic oil till these leaks are fixed,or you will be leaking $! Premium pads should go at least 30-40K dependant upon terrain-I am averaging 70K in flat country. Don't buy the $19 or even $30 pads-buy the best!
