Default Would this be a bad vss?

I have made several posts about my abs not working correctly even after having 2 new hubs installed.
So i drive with the abs fuse out, but I miss not having cruise control

Well last week I took my car in for emissions and safetys, and the guy said that the computer was saying that a speed sensor was faulty. I asked if the tool told him which one but it did not.

Last night I was cruising at 35mph and I came to a really quick stop. When i was completly stop I galanced at my speedo and it was still coming down from 15mph or so. However when I checked my speedometer accuracy over the summer it was dead on at 60mph and 80 mph.

It sounds like a bad sensor, I don't know a way to test it to make sure but someone will chime in that might have that information, just so that your not just throwin parts at it!!
