Don't want codes, carb swap? other options?
I have a 2000 2wd Blazer , has a Vortec 350 in it.
Wanting to go above the HP that the intake manifold restricts.
Was thinking about going carb'd obviously doing everything associated with the swap, since it's a 2000 and where I live does obd2 (until car is 24yo) inspections is it possible to still go this route?
I found all the Edlebrock EFI self learning stuff but I will not spend $1600 on a intake manifold rather put that money on another swap if need be.
Or is it better to start hunting down a 4.8 or 5.3?
I already have a wagon with more than the vortec intake can make (to my knowledge caps at 400ish flywheel) but I'm very limited to what I can do with it considering it's a Dodge and aftermarket world isn't very vast and the thing weights A LOT!
