Where could I find the true manufacturer specifications for Camber Caster and Toe In for my vehicle. ?
And steering axis inclination spec for cornering

Straight out of the GM "dealer issue" shop manual:
0 degrees camber
+3 degrees caster
+0.1 toe
0 SAI

EDIT: Get camber and toe dead nuts, caster can go as low as +2 degrees with no problems, but no higher than 3 degrees. If you go less than +2 caster it will tend to wander. If you go more than +3 degrees, you'll end up with camber roll, (caster induced change in camber).

I would advise against toe in as every vehicle i've ever had with "factory" spec alignment had uneven wear especially 4wds. I adjust the specs to suit me and the vehicle. -0.5 to-1.2 camber depending on vehicle with absolutely no toe in front sometime slight toe in at the rear if its twitchy.

Rule of thumb with toe, is RWD & 4WD should be set slightly positive, and FWD should be set slightly negative. When RWD & 4WD vehicles are in motion, toe goes toward negative. If it goes past zero, the inside edges will wear prematurely. When FWD vehicles are in motion toe goes positive. If it goes past zero, the outside edges will wear prematurely.
