Got a 1999 blazer, this year it has been hesitating and acts like it's going to die then it rides out and everything is OK. Only does this when it sits for a while and you first start in and try to take off. I cleaned the EGR valve out yesterday thinking that will fix the problem. Well that seemed to make it worse. Now what?

 

Guess I'll answer my own question AGAIN! No love on here. The problem was a combo of the dirty EGR Valve and a dirty MAF sensor. It runs great now.

 

did you have egr or maf codes? mine does the same thing, giving lean fuel code
