Default P0410 trouble code

I don't know where to begin with this. I see all over the place about unplugging the hose and checking the fuses but I have no idea what I am looking for. I have found the air pump under the front bumper passenger side and I can see several hose going up. One I have located next to the fan shroud I know is the intake but the rest I have no idea where they go. I see what looks like water lines so I haven't tried disconnecting any of them.

There is a small hose going from the pump to a T adapter, it looks fairly corroded but looks like it is still intact and no holes or anything. I'm trying to figure out what is going on. Mainly i guess I'm trying to figure out where the hose is that I should unplug to see if the air pump is blowing air. I have looked up and down google and ripped the pages out of my chiltons guide but can't find anything that is explaining where the hoses are. From what i have read as well is that the fuses are under the battery. Only problem there is I don't have the right sized socket to remove the battery from it's tray. I'm trying to take the path of least resistance first and moving forward from there if possible.

Thanks for any help in advance. I am going to try and upload a picture of the corroded hose here soon but in the mean time I'd like some thoughts on the matter.
