Default Remote Keyless Entry help

Ok guys through the search I have found where the module is and how to program a new remote but my question is when buying a new remote just what am I trying to match? The FCC ID on the module or the numbers on it? My truck didn't come with any remotes and I would like to have at least one. I did run through the first steps of programming to make sure the locks would cycle and they did so now I believe all I need is a remote but cant seem to find one with my FCC ID which is KOBUT1XR Any help would be great. Thanks
Cruiser

My 2000 Blazer remote has the FCC # KOBUT1BT & GM Part # 15732805.

I think the GM number is what you're interested in, I don't believe the FCC numbers have to match.

The Blazer's use a 4 button remote & the S10 pickup's a 3 button.

One like this should work for you: OEM PONTIAC BUICK OLDS CHEVY CADDY KEYLESS REMOTE ENTRY FOB TRANSMITTER KOBUT1BT | eBay

Thanks but one more question, How important is the number also as I stated before the FCC ID is KOBUT1XR and the number is 15732806 which is different than the one you found for me. Sorry to be a pain just don't want to end up with a remote that doesn't work, already have a few of the ford brands that are just hanging around the house. I have asked the sellers if it will work and they don't seem to be very helpful all I get back is what their part number is.

Look what I have found out is that there is 2 diffrent remots
3 button and 4 button
my moms 2002 blazer uses a 3 button
my 2000 zr2 uses a 4 button
I have 4 remots for my zr2
2 of them I found laying on the ground
only 2 of them have matching numbers the othere 2 dont all 4 of them work my ZR2
none of my 4 button will work my moms 2002 and my moms 3 button wont work my zr2
Some local auto parts like pep boys carrys them go buy a 4 button if it dont work take it back there $60.00

GM part #15732806 is the RKE module / receiver in the truck.

GM part #15732805 is the remote itself.

You're not going to find a remote with the #15732806 as that is the part number for the receiver.
