Rough Idle/Sputter

Rough Idle/Sputter
Hey everyone, I've got a 1999 Chevy Blazer with a slight vibration (rough) idle and only at that speed. It has gotten new cap/rotor, fuel pump, fuel filter, new plugs, new wires and fuel lines. The MAF has also been cleaned as well as a new intake manifold gasket, belt tensioner and idler pulley.
It runs perfect otherwise. Has no hesitation issues or high speed issues, only idle.
It idles better when the a/c is on, possibly because of extra RPM's... Tonight I found a corrupt vacuum line. I will post picture later. It comes from the "T" by the brake booster and ends up going into a union in the intake area.
It does not have any odor of gas on any start ups, but the exhaust makes a slight sneezing sound. Their are no exhaust leaks as it was just welded. The exhaust system was done 3 months ago and was a glass pack and cat hollow.
The only code I got around 6 months ago was a cylinder 2 misfire and it went away when tune up was complete. All of the parts installed have been AC Delco other than the Fel Pro intake gasket.
Please help me, I don't want to continue dumping money into this thing.
